120(1)In section 24 (removal of Attorney General), in subsection (5) after “Lord Chancellor” insert “after consultation with all of the following—
(a)the President of the Supreme Court;
(b)the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales;
(c)the Lord President of the Court of Session;
(d)the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland”.
