58(1)The Secretary of State may by regulations impose in relation to exempt lotteries conditions or limitations in respect of the use of a rollover (in addition to any conditions or limitations set out in this Schedule).E+W+S
(2)Regulations under this paragraph may apply generally, only in relation to a specified class of lottery or only in specified circumstances.
