(2)In subsection (1)—
(a)at the end of paragraph (e) insert “ or ”, and
(b)omit paragraph (f).
(3)In subsection (3)(e) for “the Civil Nuclear Constabulary or the Royal Parks Constabulary” substitute “ or the Civil Nuclear Constabulary ”.
(4)Omit subsection (5).
