12E+W+SIn section 80(1) (duty of licence holders to provide information to the Secretary of State or the Scottish Ministers on request), for “or the Transport Act 2000” substitute “ , the Transport Act 2000 or the Railways Act 2005 or any other function or activity of his, theirs or its in relation to railway services ”.
