41In Article 13 of the Commissioner for Children and Young People (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 (actions which may be investigated: restrictions and exclusions), in paragraph (3), for “the subject of a local or public inquiry” there is substituted “the subject of— E+W+S+N.I.
(a)an inquiry under the Inquiries Act 2005, or
(b)any such inquiry as is referred to in section 23 of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 (inquiries and investigations)”.
