37 U.K.In Article 9 of the Commissioner for Complaints (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (matters not subject to investigation), in paragraph (5), for the words from “the subject of” to the end there is substituted “the subject of—

(a) an inquiry under the Inquiries Act 2005, or

(b) any such inquiry as is referred to in section 23 of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 (inquiries and investigations)”.
