In section 11 (provision for secrecy of information) in subsection (2A)—
a
for “holds office as Welsh Administration Ombudsman or a Health Service Commissioner” substitute “holds office as the Health Service Commissioner for England”;
b
for “in his capacity as Welsh Administration Ombudsman or a Health Service Commissioner” substitute “in his capacity as the Health Service Commissioner for England”.
