26 E+W In section 123 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 (unauthorised disclosure of information relating to particular persons) in subsection (8)—

(a) omit paragraphs (f), (hb) and (hd);

(b) before paragraph (i) insert—

“(he) the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales and any member of his staff;”.

(c) in paragraph (k), for “(hb)” substitute “ (ha) ”.
