In section 123 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 (unauthorised disclosure of information relating to particular persons) in subsection (8)—

a

omit paragraphs (f), (hb) and (hd);

b

before paragraph (i) insert—

he
the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales and any member of his staff;

c

in paragraph (k), for “(hb)” substitute “ (ha) ”.
