In section 41 of the Patents Act 1977 (amount of compensation awarded to employees in relation to patent for an invention), in subsection (3) after “Science and Technology Act 1965” insert “ or the Arts and Humanities Research Council (as defined by section 1 of the Higher Education Act 2004) ”.
