This section has no associated Explanatory Notes
(1)This Act extends to—
(a)England and Wales,
(b)Scotland, and
(c)Northern Ireland.
(2)But where this Act amends or repeals an enactment or a provision of an enactment, the amendment or repeal has the same extent as the enactment or provision.
