9 E+W+S The power to make an order appointing a trustee under any of the following provisions of section 7—

(a) subsection (1) where a trustee is removed by an order under section 3 (prohibition orders) [F1 or by section 3A];

(b) subsection (3)(a) [F2 , (c) or (d)].
