9(1)Section 14 (application to Northern Ireland) is amended as follows.
(2)For the words from “subject to the modifications” to “the Schedule)” there is substituted “subject to the following modifications—
(a)for the references in the Schedule to the Lord Chancellor (except the reference in paragraph 5(4)(b))”;
(3)At the end there is inserted—
“(b)for the reference in section 6D(1) to section 16 of the Social Security Act 1998 there shall be substituted a reference to Article 16 of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 1998.”
