16 U.K.In Schedule 1 to the Criminal Justice Act 1982 (offences excluded from early release provisions), in Part 2, after the entry relating to the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (c. 42) insert—

“Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 U.K.

  Section 5 (causing or allowing the death of a child or vulnerable adult).”
