7 U.K. In Schedule 1 to the Children and Young Persons Act (Northern Ireland) 1968 (offences against children and young persons with respect to which special provisions of the Act apply), after “Infanticide” insert— “ An offence under section 5 of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004, in respect of a child or young person. ”
