Employment Relations Act 1999 E+W+S

42 (1) Section 34 of the Employment Relations Act 1999 (c. 26) (indexation of amounts) is amended as follows. E+W+S

(2) In subsection (1), for paragraph (f) substitute—

“(ea) section 145E(3) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (unlawful inducements: amount of award);

(f) section 156(1) of that Act (unfair dismissal: minimum basic award);”.

(3) In subsection (1)(g), for “176(6)” substitute “ 176(6A) ”.

(4) In subsection (3)(b), after “(c),” insert “ (ea), ”.
