44.Section 25 makes provision, in accordance with rules of House of Commons procedure authorising various expenditure under the Act to be met out of public funds. It also ensures that subordinate legislation under the Act may provide for expenditure under that legislation (including expenditure in Gibraltar) to be paid out of public funds.
