19 U.K. In section 7 of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (limitations on rehabilitation under that Act), in subsection (2), for paragraph (bb) substitute—

“(bb) in any proceedings under Part 2 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, or on appeal from any such proceedings;”.
