396 (1) Amend section 18 (appeals relating to approvals) as follows.

(2) In subsection (1), for “the appropriate” substitute “a”.

(3) Omit subsection (3).

(4) In subsection (5)(d)—

(a) omit “appropriate”, and

(b) for “that” substitute “the”.
