Amend section 183 (effect of execution or attachment) as follows.

In subsection (2)(b), for “sheriff” substitute “ enforcement officer or other officer charged with the execution of the writ ”.

In subsection (4), for the words from “ “the sheriff”” onwards substitute “ “enforcement officer” means an individual who is authorised to act as an enforcement officer under the Courts Act 2003 ”.
