Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 (c. 43)

235 In section 114 (payment of recognisances and fees on case stated)—

(a) for “the clerk of a magistrates' court” substitute “a justices' clerk”, and

(b) for “justices' chief executive” substitute “designated officer”.
