169In section 35(3) (jurisdiction to hear application for alteration of maintenance agreement), for “at least one of the parties is resident within the commission area for which the court is appointed” substitute “the court acts in, or is authorised by the Lord Chancellor to act for, a local justice area in which at least one of the parties is resident”.
