141 U.K. In section 3(1)(c) (persons who may apply for an attachment of earnings order), for “a justices' chief executive, that justices' chief executive” substitute “ the designated officer for a magistrates' court, that officer ”.

142 U.K. In section 6(7)(c) (collecting officer in case of order made by magistrates' court), for “justices' chief executive for that court or for” substitute “ designated officer for that court or for ”.
