SCHEDULES

SCHEDULE 7Seizure and forfeiture of apparatus

5Condemnation

The restricted apparatus is to be taken to have been duly condemned as forfeited if—

a

by the end of the period for the giving of a notice of claim in respect of the apparatus, no such notice has been given to OFCOM; or

b

a notice of claim is given which does not comply with the requirements of paragraphs 3 and 4.
