SCHEDULE 5 U.K. Procedure for grants of recognised spectrum access

General procedure for applications U.K.

1 (1) An application for a grant of recognised spectrum access shall be determined in accordance with procedures prescribed in regulations made by OFCOM. U.K.

(2) Section 403 applies to regulations made under this paragraph.

(3) The procedures must include provision for—

(a) time limits for dealing with applications for a grant of recognised spectrum access;

(b) requirements which must be met before a grant is made;

(c) the restrictions and conditions to which a grant may be made subject.
