Part 4 of Schedule 15 to that Act (protection of telecommunications operators) shall be amended as follows.

In paragraph 1(1), for “telecommunications operator” there shall be substituted “
an operator of an electronic communications code network
”

for “telecommunications code”, wherever occurring, there shall be substituted “

”
