132In section 91(7) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 (c. 21) (report of dangers to navigation), in the definition of “controlled station for wireless telegraphy”—E+W+S+N.I.
(a)after “Secretary of State” there shall be inserted “ or by the Office of Communications ”; and
(b)for “by him” there shall be substituted “ by the Office of Communications ”.
