Utilities Act 2000 E+W+S+N.I.

163 (1) Section 105 of the Utilities Act 2000 (c. 27) (general restrictions on disclosure of information) shall be amended as follows. E+W+S+N.I.

(2) In subsection (5), for paragraph (d) there shall be substituted—

“(d) the Office of Communications;”.

(3) In subsection (6), after paragraph (s) there shall be inserted—

“(t) the Communications Act 2003.”
