3 E+W+S Paragraphs 6 and 25 of Schedule 7 to the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (amendment of s. 43 of Police (Scotland) Act 1967 and s. 90 of Police Act 1996) shall cease to have effect.
