Duration of certificate
80Period of validity of club premises certificate
1
A club premises certificate has effect until such time as—
a
it is withdrawn under section 88 or 90, or
b
it lapses by virtue of section 81(3) (surrender).

But a club premises certificate does not have effect during any period when it is suspended under section 88 F1or 92A.
