67In section 11 of the Rent Act 1977 (tenancy of licensed premises not to be protected or statutory tenancy), for “premises licensed for the sale of intoxicating liquors” substitute “premises which, by virtue of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003, may be used for the supply of alcohol (within the meaning of section 14 of that Act)”.
