24 E+W In section 27(1) (renewal of tenancy expiring during period of service), in the second paragraph (c), for the words “licensed for the sale of intoxicating liquor for consumption on the premises” substitute “which, by virtue of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003, may be used for the supply of alcohol (within the meaning of section 14 of that Act) for consumption on the premises”.
