In section 91 (effect and duration of orders, etc.)—

after subsection (5) there is inserted—
5A
The making of a special guardianship order with respect to a child who is the subject of—

a care order; or
b
an order under section 34,
discharges that order.

in subsection (7), after “4(1)” there is inserted “4A(1)”,
c
in subsection (8)(a), after “4” there is inserted “or 4A”.
