45In Schedule 3 to the Child Abduction and Custody Act 1985 (custody orders), in paragraph 1, the “and” at the end of paragraph (b) is omitted and after that paragraph there is inserted—
“(bb)a special guardianship order (within the meaning of the Act of 1989); and”,
and paragraph (c)(v) is omitted.
