20In section 124A(3) of the National Health Service Act 1977 (information provided by the Registrar General to the Secretary of State), the “or” at the end of paragraph (a) is omitted and after that paragraph there is inserted—
“(aa)entered in the Adopted Children Register maintained by the Registrar General under the Adoption and Children Act 2002; or”.
