I116 Penalties
1
A person guilty of an offence under section 15(1) is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.
2
A person guilty of an offence under or by virtue of any other provision of this Act is liable—
a
on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, or both, or
b
on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or a fine, or both.
