68In Schedule 4 to the School Inspections Act 1996 (inspections of denominational education), in paragraph 3(5), for “means the governors' report under section 42 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998” there is substituted “means the governors' report under section 30 of the Education Act 2002”.
