6In Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975 (c. 25) (bodies of which all members are disqualified)—
(a)at the appropriate place, there shall be inserted—
“The Independent Police Complaints Commission.”; and
(b)the words “The Police Complaints Authority.” shall be omitted.
