13In section 22(4) of the Aviation and Maritime Security Act 1990 (c. 31) (persons entitled to exercise certain powers in relation to private dwelling), in paragraph (b)(i), for the words from “Police Complaints Authority” to the end of the sub-paragraph there shall be substituted “Independent Police Complaints Commission under section 26 of the Police Reform Act 2002 (c. 30); or”.
