Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002

85 Minor and consequential amendments N.I.

(1) Schedule 12 makes minor and consequential amendments in enactments and instruments.

(2) The [F1 Department of Justice] may by order make in any other enactment or instrument (whenever passed or made) such amendments as appear to [F2 the Department of Justice] to be appropriate in consequence of any provision made by Part 4.
