SCHEDULE 7 N.I. Functions of Advocate General

16 (1) Section 47 (functions: consultation and consent requirements etc.) is amended as follows. N.I.

(2) In subsection (1), after “Secretary of State” insert “ , the Advocate General for Northern Ireland ”.

(3) In subsection (2), after “Secretary of State,” insert—

“(aa) the Advocate General for Northern Ireland,”.

(4) In subsection (5), after “consent of” insert “ the Advocate General for Northern Ireland and ”.
