Section 35 of the Northern Ireland Constitution Act 1973 (c. 36) (Crown Solicitor for Northern Ireland) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), for “Attorney General for Northern Ireland” substitute “Advocate General for Northern Ireland after consultation with the Attorney General for Northern Ireland”.

In subsection (2), for “Attorney General for Northern Ireland” substitute “Advocate General for Northern Ireland”.
