Section 22 of the Criminal Appeal Act 1995 (meaning of public body etc.) is amended as follows.

In subsection (3)(a), for “Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland” substitute “Public Prosecution Service for Northern Ireland”.

In subsection (4)(c), for “Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland, that Director” substitute “Public Prosecution Service for Northern Ireland, the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland”.
