Section 235 (other definitions) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), there is inserted at the appropriate place—

“paternity leave” means leave under section 80A or 80B,

In the definition of “week” in subsection (1), for “section 86” there is substituted “ sections 80A, 80B and 86 ”.
