51In section 7 of the Disabled Persons (Services, Consultation and Representation) Act 1986 (persons discharged from hospital), in subsection (9), for paragraph (a) of the definition of “health authority” there is substituted—
“(a)in relation to England, means a Primary Care Trust,
(aa)in relation to Wales, means a Health Authority, and”.
