45In Schedule 3 to the 1957 Act (which lists civilians who are subject to certain provisions of the Act when outside the United Kingdom), in paragraph 4—
(a)after “profession” there is inserted “, business”, and
(b)at the end there is inserted “or by an officer authorised by the Defence Council”.
