13In section 49 (objectives determined by the NCS Service Authority), in subsection (4) (persons to be consulted before objectives determined)—
(a)the word “and” at the end of paragraph (b) shall be omitted; and
(b)after that paragraph there shall be inserted—
“(ba)the Commissioners of Customs and Excise; and”
