In section 47 (the NCS Service Authority)—
a
in subsection (4) (persons to be consulted before order made expanding the Authority)—
i
the word “and” at the end of paragraph (b) shall be omitted; and
ii
at the end of paragraph (c) there shall be inserted
, and
d
the Commissioners of Customs and Excise.
and
b
in subsection (7), for “Schedule 2” there shall be substituted “Schedules 2 and 2A”.
