SCHEDULE 3 The Central Police Training and Development Authority
17Proceedings

Subject to the following provisions of this paragraph, the Authority may regulate—
a
their own procedure (including quorum); and
b
the procedure (including quorum) of their committees and sub-committees.

The Authority shall make provision for a quorum for meetings of their committees or sub-committees to include at least one member or member of staff of the Authority.
