Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001

Commencement Date

395.Sections 42, 43, 81-84, 109, 116(7), 119(7) and 138 of the Act will come into force on royal assent. Section 85 will come into force two months after royal assent. The remaining provisions of the Act will be brought into force by commencement order.
